Does Pandahrms submit HRD Corp claims for me?
The system organises the records HRD Corp needs — attendance, trainer details, costs — and exports them in a format you can submit through the e-TRiS portal. Pandahrms is itself an HRD Corp Registered Training Provider, so we know the claim flow first-hand.
Can we track external trainers and venues?
Yes. Build a database of trainers (internal and external), venues, and courses. When you schedule a session, pick from the list rather than re-typing details.
What about mandatory certification renewals?
Set the validity period when you log a certification. The system reminds you 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry — for the employee, the manager and HR. No more expired forklift licences spotted during a DOSH audit.
Can employees request training themselves?
Yes. Through the self-service portal, staff can browse the training calendar, request enrollment, or propose external courses. Manager and HR approval flows apply.
How does it link to performance reviews?
Performance Appraisal can flag specific skill gaps as outcomes. Those gaps become training recommendations the next time training is planned, and you can see whether the trained employee’s next review showed improvement.
Is the data PDPA-compliant?
Yes. Training records are personal data and are handled with the same access controls as the rest of the employee record — role-based viewing, audit logs, configurable retention after termination.
