Pandahrms has been operating in Malaysia since 2012. The platform has been continuously updated as Malaysian statutory rules change — LHDN tax tables, EPF rates, SOCSO/EIS, HRDF levy, every cycle.

What if our company has unique requirements?

We handle the edge cases other vendors escalate. Multi-outlet, multi-entity, foreign worker levy by nationality, stacked OT multipliers, irregular pay cycles — all covered.

Is the onboarding fee really HRDF-claimable?

Yes. Pandaworks Sdn Bhd is an HRD Corp Registered Training Provider — onboarding, training, and setup fees qualify under SBL-Khas.

We file the application; HRD Corp pays Pandaworks directly via e-Disbursement. The software subscription itself does not qualify.

Where is our data hosted?

Customer data is hosted on a dedicated server with Exabytes, a Malaysian-headquartered cloud and hosting provider with data centres in Malaysia.

Each customer environment has versioned backups with off-site replication. Access is role-based and audited at the application layer.

What happens when statutory rules change?

The system is updated before the change is enforceable. Your next monthly run already uses the new rates — no manual configuration on your end.

Do you handle MyInvois / e-Invoice?

No. Pandahrms is HR and payroll. E-invoicing is handled by your accounting or ERP system.
