Questions we get
Can I set different benefits for different employee groups?
Yes. Set entitlements by department, position, employment type or individual. Managers can have a higher medical limit than executives, contract staff can be excluded from optical, and so on. You can also schedule entitlement changes — useful when your policy refreshes on 1 January each year.
Does it integrate with our panel clinics?
Panel clinic billing is recorded in the system with the clinic name, visit date, employee and amount. If your panel clinic emails or uploads invoices, our team can help you set up a workflow to import them in batches.
What stops an employee from claiming twice?
The system tracks every approved claim against the employee’s remaining balance. The moment a balance hits zero, further submissions are blocked at the form level — the employee can’t even submit, let alone get reimbursed.
Can claims be submitted from a phone?
Yes. The Pandahrms employee self-service mobile app lets staff snap a receipt, fill in the amount, and submit in under 30 seconds. Approvers get a push notification and approve from their phone too.
How does it connect to payroll?
Approved reimbursements are pushed to the next payroll cycle as a non-taxable income line (or taxable, depending on the benefit). No re-keying, no missed payments.
