Questions we get
Is there a mobile app or just web?
Both. Mobile app on iOS and Android for staff and managers. Web portal for HR admin work and managers who prefer the bigger screen. Same data, same actions, real-time sync.
What if an employee loses their phone?
Login is via email/password with optional 2FA. From admin, HR can force-logout the lost device, revoke its session, and the employee logs in from the new phone. No data lives on the device itself.
Can managers approve without leaving the field?
Yes — that’s the point of mobile-first design. Push notification arrives, manager taps approve/reject. Leave/claim/OT requests cleared in under a minute.
What can employees see vs. what’s admin-only?
Employees see their own data: profile, leave balance, payslips, EA Forms, claim history, attendance. Managers see their team plus their own. HR sees everything within their permission scope. Salary and MyKad are read-only for non-HR roles.
Does it work in low-coverage areas?
Clock-in/out works offline and syncs when coverage returns. Submitted leave/claims queue locally and upload when online. Useful for site staff in industrial areas with patchy coverage.
Can it integrate with our company SSO?
For larger employers, SSO integration via SAML or OAuth is supported. Single login from your existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account. Available on enterprise plans.
