Which biometric devices are supported?

Pandahrms works with most fingerprint, face-recognition and RFID devices used in Malaysian businesses. We’ll confirm compatibility with your specific model during onboarding — bring the model number and we’ll check.

Can it handle rotating shifts?

Yes. Three-shift rotation, four-on-four-off, weekday + weekend differentials, split shifts — all supported. Build the pattern once, apply it across teams.

How does GPS clock-in stop fraud?

Geofencing means clock-in only registers if the device is inside an allowed location. Spoofing detection catches fake GPS apps. For higher-stakes roles, combine with selfie capture at clock-in.

Can we have different shift rules for different teams?

Yes. Sales might track only client-visit hours, factory floor might enforce strict shift windows, executive staff might just need an honour-system check-in. Each team gets its own rules.

What about public holidays and replacement leave?

Malaysian public holidays are pre-loaded by state. Working on a public holiday auto-flags for OT or replacement leave per your policy. Replacement leave balances flow into the Leave module.

Can I export attendance reports?

Yes. Daily, weekly, monthly attendance reports exportable to Excel and PDF. Auditor-friendly logs with clock-in time, GPS location and device used. Perfect for DOSH and labour inspections.
