In line with the latest government announcement, Pandahrms services will be subject to an 8% Service Tax (SST) effective 1st November 2025. This update follows the revised Service Tax rate introduced under Malaysia’s ongoing tax framework adjustments.

Starting 1st November 2025, all invoices issued for Pandahrms subscriptions, renewals, and related services will include 8% SST as required by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD).
