What happens when EPF or SOCSO rates change?
We push the new rates to all customers automatically. You don’t download patches, edit configs or update spreadsheets. The first payroll run after the effective date uses the new rates.
Can we run payroll for multiple Sdn Bhd entities?
Yes. Each entity has its own EPF, SOCSO, EIS and LHDN registration. Payroll runs per entity, statutory submissions per entity. Group HR can run all entities; entity payroll staff see only theirs.
How do you handle off-cycle payments and adjustments?
Mid-month payments, bonus runs, back-pay and salary adjustments are all supported. Each off-cycle has its own statutory calculation and bank file, and feeds the next normal cycle automatically.
Is the audit trail enough for our auditors?
Yes. Every payroll change is logged with timestamp, user and before/after values. Auditors can be given read-only access for the period under audit, drilling from a payslip back to source records.
Can we export to our accounting system?
