How do the tiers work?
The per-module rate drops as your team grows. It starts at RM3/module for teams of 10–29 staff, and steps down through the bands as you scale.
Between 30 and 100 staff the rate eases smoothly from RM3 to RM2.50, then sits at RM2.50 through 100–299, drops to RM2.00 at 300–499, RM1.50 at 500–999, and reaches RM1.27 at 1000+ staff.

What does the commitment discount look like?
Quarterly: up to 5% off. Half-yearly: up to 10% off. Yearly: up to 20% off (best value — most customers pick this).
The discount scales with team size. Under 100 staff there’s no commitment discount yet — the per-headcount bracket is already dropping as you grow.
Between 100 and 260 staff, the discount ramps in gradually with headcount. At 260+ staff, the full discount applies.
Longer commitment = lower monthly rate.
What modules do most customers start with?
Payroll + Leave + Time & Attendance is the standard starter bundle.
Claim & Benefits, Performance, and Training tend to get added as teams grow and HR processes mature.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Contracts run annually.
Adding modules anytime: we prorate the cost for the rest of your current term and bill it once paid.
Removing modules (downgrades): takes effect at your next renewal.
What about SST?
The per-module rates listed exclude SST.
The calculator adds 8% SST automatically and shows the final monthly amount in the summary card.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. RM500 per company (plus SST), for this year data only.
