How is the price calculated?
Base fee of RM299/month plus RM20 per employee. Minimum monthly fee is RM399.
SST at 8% is added on top of the calculated total.
You can pick monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly billing — longer commitments unlock up to 20% off.
What’s included in the monthly fee?
Monthly payroll processing for all your employees, plus full Pandahrms app access for you and your team.
All statutory filings are included: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
Year-end tax forms (EA, Form E, CP8D) and tax notification forms (CP22 / CP22A / CP21) are also covered.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. RM499 one-time setup fee per company (plus 8% SST).
This covers initial system setup, employee data import, and onboarding.
Can you also disburse salaries on our behalf?
Yes — optional add-on at RM100 + 1.5% per disbursement run.
We transfer net salaries directly to employee bank accounts. You’ll need to prefund the disbursement amount before each run.
How do quarterly / half-yearly / yearly plans work?
Longer commitments are billed upfront for the full period in exchange for a discount: 5% (quarterly), 10% (half-yearly), or 20% (yearly).
The monthly rate shown in the calculator already reflects the discounted price.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Contracts run annually.
Adding more employees mid-term: prorated automatically — your next bill adjusts.
Switching to a longer commitment (e.g. monthly → yearly): can take effect anytime during your term.
Switching to a shorter commitment: takes effect at the next renewal.
