Common questions

Do I have to buy all 9 modules?

No. Pandahrms is modular. Most companies start with HR Hub plus Payroll, then add Leave, Claims and Time Attendance Management over the first few months. You only pay for what you use, per active employee.

Can we start with payroll only?

Yes. Many companies switch payroll first because that’s the most painful module to run on Excel. Employee records come along with payroll automatically (you can’t run payroll without them). Other modules can be added any time without re-onboarding.

How long does implementation take?

Typical SME with 30–200 staff: 2–4 weeks from kickoff to first live payroll. Larger groups with multiple Sdn Bhd entities: 4–8 weeks. Our team handles data migration from your existing payroll, leave balances and employee master.

Does it work for multi-entity groups?

Yes. Each Sdn Bhd has its own EPF, SOCSO, EIS and LHDN registration. Payroll runs per entity. Group HR can see all entities; entity HR sees only theirs. Useful for groups where the manufacturing arm and the head office have different payroll rules.

Can I import from my current system?

Yes. We import employee master, salary structure, leave balances, year-to-date statutory contributions and historical payslips from AutoCount, Million, SQL Account, MYOB, Excel or any other system. Migration is included in onboarding.

Where is the data hosted?

On AWS Singapore region. Daily encrypted backups, 99.9% uptime SLA, role-based access control. Data is logically isolated per customer. We comply with PDPA and provide a data processing agreement on request.

Is Pandahrms HRD Corp claimable?

Onboarding and training fees are HRD Corp claimable — we’re a registered HRD Corp Training Provider. The monthly subscription is not training and is not claimable. Minimum headcount for claim eligibility is 10.

What support do you get after onboarding?

Same team that onboarded you stays on as your account team. Phone, email and WhatsApp support during business hours. Statutory rate changes (EPF, SOCSO, PCB) are pushed automatically — you don’t need to update anything yourself.
