Pandaworks Sdn Bhd is an HRD Corp Registered Training Provider. The setup fee (tiered by team size, see calculator above) covers onboarding & training — both qualify as claimable training cost against your HRDF levy.
We file the SBL-Khas grant application for you, before the training. HRD Corp reimburses Pandaworks directly. No cash out from your pocket.

How does the pricing work?
Flat: RM3 per staff per module per month, no bands, no commitment tiers. Pick the modules you need above and the calculator multiplies it out for you.
One exception: the Performance module is RM5 per staff per month — it carries OKR workflows, 360° feedback cycles, and appraisal scoring that need more engineering and support to keep running smoothly.
This is the published rate for teams of 10 to 100 staff. The calculator caps there because larger teams almost always need a custom conversation — integrations, multi-entity, payment terms, that kind of thing.
What if my team is above 100 staff?
That’s a custom quote. Hit the WhatsApp button in the calculator (it pre-fills your headcount and module selection) or message us at 016-2772632.
Volume, multi-entity setup, custom integrations, and contract terms all factor in — we’ll send you a formal quote the same day.
What modules do most customers start with?
Payroll + Leave + Time & Attendance is the standard starter bundle.
Claim & Benefits, Performance, and Training tend to get added as teams grow and HR processes mature.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Contracts run annually.
Adding modules anytime: we prorate the cost for the rest of your current term and bill it once paid.
Removing modules (downgrades): takes effect at your next renewal.
What about SST?
The per-module rates listed exclude SST. The calculator adds 8% SST automatically and shows the final monthly amount in the summary card.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes — tiered by team size:

Per company, plus SST. Covers initial system setup, employee data import, and onboarding — for this year data only.
Training and Performance modules need bespoke onboarding (workflows, OKR templates, training catalogs, certification rules). When either is included, the setup fee is discussed separately — WhatsApp us for an onboarding price.
Setup is HRDF-claimable via SBL-Khas through our HRD Corp Registered Training Provider status — see the HRDF section above for the full flow. If approved, no cash out from your pocket.
