• Added support for the PERKESO SKBBK (Lindung 24 Jam) scheme across payroll and HR. This is a statutory update and applies to every customer system.
• Added a Payroll Analytics Dashboard with KPI cards, a payroll cycle status overview and a 12-month trend.
• Added an automatic reminder for employee confirmation due dates. The supervisor on the employee’s leave approval route receives an email with a link to the record.
• Added a warning banner on the admin dashboard when emails in the queue are not going out. It shows how many are failing and links straight to the Email Queue filtered to those rows.
• Added a Department column to the Time Log Transaction Report.

Improved

• Added a Remark column to the Timesheet Listing report, showing the remark recorded against each timesheet entry. It appears after the allowance columns, in both the on-screen report and the Excel export. The PDF report source is not included.
• The Training Expiry Reminder now also sends a per-company digest to the Training Admin, on top of the existing digest for approvers. The recipient is taken from the HR General Email setting, and each company gets one email listing every expiring trainee grouped by class.
• The Training Requisition listing now separates requisitions raised by the user or their subordinates from those where they are only a participant, which were previously shown in one combined list.
• Attachments on a leave application are now kept after the application is superseded.
• External Transfer In now supports additional employer reference numbers.
• Improved the carry-forward validation in leave applications.

• Fixed an approved manual clock-time application for a night shift not appearing in the timesheet and being left out of the retro pay calculation.
• Fixed public holiday overtime being captured incorrectly.
• Fixed a training class’s assessment template being swapped for a different one because of company access restrictions.
• Fixed the Employee Training Record report failing to generate over a wide training date range with several statuses selected, where the query ran out of resources and produced no report at all.
• Fixed a validation error when changing the receipt date of a claim of type Others.
• Fixed the probation count on the dashboard not matching the count on the Employee Confirmation page.
